Cancellation Policy

We recognise in these ever-changing times that plans may change and have updated our cancellation policies to be as flexible as possible while supporting the needs of our family-run business. Please take note of our policies before booking. We highly recommend you take out travel insurance in advance of booking your trip.

Bedroom Cancellation

To secure a bedroom reservation, guests will be required to provide their credit card details and a deposit as follows:

- One-night stay: Deposit of £300 per room
- Two- or more nights: Deposit equivalent to one night’s stay per room

When reservations made for the following year, deposits will be taken early January.
All deposits are non-refundable.

In the event of non-arrival, the full cost of the stay will be charged.

Reservations cancelled or amended within 14 days of the arrival date are liable to the full cost of the stay.

Please note that we do not accept American Express.

Extra beds will be charged at £75 per bed per night, bed and breakfast. All other meals will be charged accordingly.

Dining Cancellation (Non-Residents)

To secure a dinner or lunch reservation, non-residents will be required to provide their credit card details.

Cancellation with less than 24 hours’ notice or non-appearance, will incur a fee of £50 per person for dinner and £25 per person for lunch.
