To secure a bedroom reservation, guests are simply required to provide valid credit card details at the time of booking. No deposit is required to confirm your reservation.
- April to October
Full payment will be taken 15 days prior to arrival. Once payment has been processed, the reservation becomes non-refundable and non-transferable.
- November to March
Full payment will be taken 5 days prior to arrival. Once payment has been processed, the reservation becomes non-refundable and non-transferable.
Should payment be unsuccessful, Kinloch Lodge reserves the right to cancel the reservation.
Reservations cancelled, amended, reduced in length, or resulting in a no-show within the applicable cancellation period will be charged in full. In these circumstances, any remaining nights may be cancelled and resold.
Children & Additional Occupancy
A small number of bedrooms can accommodate one additional child on a sofa bed. A charge of £65 per child, per night, including breakfast, applies.

We strongly recommend that all guests take out comprehensive travel insurance to protect against unforeseen changes to their travel plans.
To secure a lunch or dinner reservation, non-resident guests will be required to provide valid credit card details at the time of booking.
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice, or failure to attend a confirmed reservation, will incur the following charges:
Dinner: £95 per person
Lunch: £44 per person
These charges will be applied to the card provided at the time of booking.
