Restaurant cancellation policy

Please note, to secure a dinner reservation non-residents will be required to provide their credit card details. Please be aware, we do not accept Amex. If you need to cancel or amend your booking, please let us know as soon as possible. Cancellation with less than 24 hours notice or non-appearance, will incur a fee of £50pp (dinner), £25pp (lunch), or £15pp (afternoon tea).

We politely ask you to contact us if you are running late on the date of your reservation.

Unfortunately our experience of parties failing to cancel or amend bookings means that this policy is now required. The cancellation fee reflects the cost of food, drink and staffing incurred by us in anticipation of the booking and lost revenue from the empty table.

The cancellation fee will be charged to the credit card used to secure the booking. We will send email notification of any charges made.

Table cancellations can be made by any of the following methods:

• Email: reservations@kinloch-lodge.co.uk
• In Person: Come in to Kinloch any time during our opening hours and speak to our friendly staff.
