This three night dinner B&B break combines the Macdonald’s renowned hospitality with some of the best fly fishing for trout and salmon to be found in the Highlands, all set against a backdrop that is guaranteed to be breath-taking.
The guide – Skye Ghillie - acts as a personal assistant, sharing skills and entertaining guests with his knowledge and ‘craic’, providing an unforgettable experience. He assists guests in their quest for the elusive wild Scottish salmon and more prolific brown and sea trout in idyllic locations. Whatever their experience, Skye Ghillie will advise on the best tackle for the location and conditions, the intricacies of casting a fly and where the fish are to be found.
It runs from June 1st to Sept 30th and costs £1,150 per person (based on two sharing a double or twin standard sea view room, single supplement applies). Subject to availability and only when booked in advance.
Please note that in The Highlands fly fishing is not permitted on Sunday, so the first day of the break cannot be Friday or Saturday.
