As autumn draws in, the forest and shoreline that surround Kinloch Lodge become bountiful and our own ghillie will show you what can be foraged and devoured.
Amongst the hand-picked bounty you will select botanicals that will form the base of your very own tipple in a hands-on gin making school hosted by the island’s very own expert spirit makers at the Isle of Skye Distillers, you’ll even get a 500ml bottle of your own unique gin to take home as a memento of this wonderful experience (plus 10% discount on any purchases).
During this three-night escape there’s also plenty of time to relax and enjoy the hotel, it’s grounds, the beautiful rooms with their unique bathrooms and enormous beds, the Kinloch family’s easy-going hospitality and Marcello Tully’s plentiful fine food.
