Kinloch’s doors are currently closed in compliance with government guidelines, but rest assured we will reopen them as soon as we are allowed to.
We ask all guests looking to book with us over the next six months to contact us directly.
While times remain uncertain for us all, we want to reassure you with our new ‘flexible’ booking proceeedures; we have temporarily changed our booking policy to still enable you to plan ahead, but with a higher degree of flexibility.
From 11th May, guests making bookings directly with us and staying between the 1st July and 31st October 2020 will have their deposits fully refunded if cancelled up to 72 hours prior to arrival, and where customers have changed circumstances, we will transfer bookings for up to 12 months ahead (from the date of the amendment).
We will also continue to be totally flexible with all existing bookings and should any guest need to cancel due to travel restrictions, or not wish to travel due to anxiety surround Covid-19 then we will allocate their deposit against a future stay, anytime within 18 months of the date of amendment.
Hospitality is the basis of our livelihood, for our family and wonderful staff, for our incredible network of local suppliers, our community and the economy of Skye. We can’t wait to welcome guests back to Kinloch and to the island.
