Booking Conditions.
Credit card details guarantee a reservation; an inital, non-refundable deposit of £150 is charged at time of booking for 1 nights stay; for stays of 2 nights or more the full cost of the first night is taken as a deposit. Guests may wish to consider holiday insurance as Kinloch operates a four-week cancellation policy. Although every effort is made to re-let cancelled accommodation, a charge will be made whenever we are unable to do so.
